Peter Merholz
Design leader, co-founder of the design consultancy Adaptive Path, and author of Subject to Change and Org Design for Design Orgs. He blogs at peterme.com, and is credited with coining the word "blog". He co-hosts the Finding Our Way podcast, where I heard Dave Gray.
