eBay lessons learnt: user experience is everything
I posted notes on slides I took tonight during a presentation of ebay CEO Meg Whitman at Columbia unsiversity here: eBaynotes. It was interesting to see that the nr.1 lessons learnt she listed was that "User experience is everything".
