Reminds me of my experience with Verizon online billing lately: it took me over an hour and two tries and I couldn't set up online payment. And I consider myself pretty web savvy. It took me a few minutes to pay over the automated phone system. Something is wrong when a phone interface is more efficient than a web interface, isn't it?
